1. About these terms
Verge is an AI API platform operated by Premier Global Management, LLC. These terms apply to vergeapi.com, the Verge console, and the Verge API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our acceptable use requirements. If you use Verge for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and API keys
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your account, applications, API keys, and activity performed with your credentials. Keep keys on your server, limit their permissions, and revoke them if you suspect exposure. Contact us promptly about unauthorized access.
Free or promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and remain subject to the limits stated when they are issued.
3. The service and model providers
Verge provides a common API and account tools for accessing third-party AI models. Requests are routed through OpenRouter and the selected model providers. Available models, capabilities, prices, rate limits, and context limits can change. Check the model catalog and your console before using a model in production.
Third-party models are also subject to the relevant providers' usage restrictions. We do not guarantee that every model will remain available or that every request will succeed. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review output before relying on it. Verge does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
Use Verge lawfully and only with content you are entitled to submit. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful surveillance, exploitation of children, malware, infringement of intellectual property, or other illegal activity. Do not bypass usage limits, safety controls, authentication, or account restrictions, interfere with the service, or access another person's data without permission.
You are responsible for your applications, their users, and any required notices and consents. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information unless you have confirmed that your use, the selected provider, and the applicable agreements support it.
5. Prices, credits, and payments
Paid API usage is deducted from your account balance according to the applicable model rates and recorded usage. Charges can depend on input, output, caching, or other model-specific billing units. Prices and currency are shown in the catalog or at checkout. Applicable taxes and any recurring payment terms must be disclosed before a purchase.
A payment option is available only when it is enabled in your account. If a checkout identifies a merchant of record, that seller's purchase and billing terms also apply. We do not charge a recurring subscription unless you expressly purchase one. A model price change applies to future usage, not usage already completed.
Our Refund policy explains requests for unused paid credit, billing mistakes, and service delivery issues. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable merchant-of-record terms take priority where they provide greater protection.
6. Your content and privacy
You retain any rights you have in your inputs and outputs, subject to applicable law and the selected model provider's terms. You give us and our service providers permission to process that content as needed to deliver, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for your content.
Our Privacy policy explains how account details, request data, usage records, and other personal information are processed.
7. Suspension, closure, and service changes
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, legal obligations, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. You can stop using the service and request account closure at any time.
Account closure does not cancel charges for usage already delivered. Any eligible refund is handled under the Refund policy. We may update or discontinue features, and will provide notice of material changes where practical or legally required.
8. Responsibility and legal rights
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on AI output.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. Material updates will be published with an updated date and any notice required by law.
