1. Who is responsible
Premier Global Management, LLC operates Verge at vergeapi.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact info@premiergm.com with Verge privacy in the subject line. Our address is 615 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202, United States.
2. Information we process
Account information includes your username, email address, password hash, account settings, and authentication or security records. If you contact us, we process your message and the information you provide.
Service records can include IP addresses, device and browser information, timestamps, selected models, token counts, request identifiers, charges, balances, errors, and other technical data needed to operate the platform. Your API requests, including prompts, messages, files, and other inputs, and the resulting outputs are processed to deliver the service. Request or error details may also be retained when needed for support, security, and troubleshooting.
When payments are available, the payment provider or merchant of record processes payment details. Verge can receive transaction references, purchase amounts, billing status, and related records. Do not send card numbers or reusable account credentials to our support address.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users and API requests, route requests, calculate usage and balances, deliver account emails, respond to support requests, investigate abuse, maintain reliability, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, we process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal duties, protect our legitimate interests in running a secure service, or act on your consent when applicable. You can withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. AI providers and other recipients
Verge routes model requests through OpenRouter to the provider of the selected model. The content needed for a request is shared with those services. Their retention, safety review, and model-training practices can vary by provider and model. Review the applicable OpenRouter and model provider policies before sending personal, confidential, or regulated information. Do not assume that every route has zero retention.
We also use infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, and caching, and Resend for transactional email. Payment providers or a merchant of record process purchases when enabled. These parties receive the information needed for their role. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not train our own AI models on your API request content. This does not change the policies of the upstream services that process your requests.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The service uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session security, and preferences such as theme, language, and console settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or other account features from working. You can manage cookies and stored preferences through your browser. Any optional tracking that requires consent must be enabled only after that consent is obtained.
6. Retention, security, and international processing
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, or meet legal duties. Different categories of information may have different retention periods. Account closure does not immediately erase records that must be kept for those purposes.
We use access controls, secure connections, and other measures appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure. Keep your API keys private and contact us if you suspect an account compromise.
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the required transfer mechanisms and protections.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email info@premiergm.com from your account email address. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some information must be retained to meet legal or security obligations.
You can change available preferences in the console and revoke API keys you no longer use. If you submit information on behalf of an organization, that organization may control some decisions about the information; contact it as well when relevant.
8. Children and policy updates
Verge is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
